The behaviour of manager owner of property he is very rudesness

I kept my luggage here during the trek The rooms were quite nice though a bit old Mosquito nets on windows There was a nice view from my rooms

It feels like the hotel needs better maintenance and more involved management, taking better care of the property. There were several problems with the property -cockroaches. I’ve killed 3 in the bathroom and 7 in the room. -problem with hot water. On a cloudy day there is no hot shower or just lukewarm shower. At 18:30 it was lukewarm shower and at 21:00 it was completely cold shower. I bet guests who showered later didn’t get hot shower at all. -lost laundry items. Write down the clothes you give to the laundry as if they lose your items you can’t prove that they lost them. And they also don’t have cameras to track their activity. I gave them the laundry and they lost my expensive panty. I asked the manager to check cameras to find it and he said that he doesn’t have CCTV. I got reimbursed only half of its cost. So my hotel bill kinda went up extra considering a lost item. So be careful with your laundry. -stains on walls. It could have been better if the management kept track of the conditions of the walls after guests leave so other guests check into a neat room. -loose bedside socket in one of the queen deluxe rooms I’ve stayed. The manager said that’s because my European charger doesn’t fit. After the trek I stayed in another room and there was no problem with loose socket.

Property manager was very good person.But other staff was not helpful

Fan was not working.AC was not working.No cleaning was done on request
