Hotel Elegant

The staff was very helpful and courteous.

The bathroom wasn't very clean. The walls were damp. The room wasn't very good as shown in the pictures.

Location is ok

Lift not working, no hot water, no window in bedroom, no food

3km from airport which is why I booked but on the main road so very noisy. Big comfy bed. Hot water

Tiny blanket on bed - only big enough for one person. Had to ask for towel. Staff not very welcoming and didn't show me to room, just told me room number. WiFi on ground floor useless - ok in room. Staff didn't offer any solution when I couldn't connect and needed to log in for flight and book accommodation for following day. Bathroom mouldy and damp and door rotting. Fine for one night and the standard I've come to expect from cheaper places in India Despite being told the airport is 45 minutes away (& me panicking) it was the 15mins Google maps stated) but auto did say it can take much longer in bad traffic so double check. No bedside light and 2 light fittings without bulbs

shady washroom, lift not working, they cant book cab for you you have to take a auto outside

Door lock was shaky, tv remote battery dead, geyser not working
