"Good and comfortable"

The room was recently refurbished with all that is needed for a short stay including some snacks and a coffee boiler. All apertures are sound insulating so you don’t have issues with outdoor sounds interrupting your sleep. Bathroom was huge and bedroom well spacious for a couple. It’s a great stay close to the marina by 5 minute walk if you intend to do a boat trip to Orosei. Cafes are walking distance offering some nice local snacks

The AC temperature cannot be controlled as it’s a central system. Still it’s strong enough to keep you fresh from the hot season temperature

"Schönes großes Zimmer"

Schönes großes Zimmer mit geteilter Terrasse. Zimmer war sauber.

Betten waren für mich etwas zu hart und die Klimaanlage hat das Zimmer nicht wirklich kalt gemacht.

Spacious, very modern and sparkling clean room in the centre of Arbatax with a nice and big terrace. Very convenient for the cruises from the marina. Toiletries of high quality and some items for a small breakfast and coffee or tea were offered.

The room was overlooking the street and there was slight noise from the traffic when you were sitting on the terrace. But with closed windows (the room had a very effective A/C), there was no problem at all.

Amazing time. Nice place, good size. Amazing staff. Close to nice restaurants, close to the harbor. With bolt trips to the most beautiful places. We would stay again when we go to Tortoli.

We missed a coffee machine.

"Perfect place to explore Baunei Coast"

Perfect location for boat rides along the coast. Helios boats ticket office is right downstairs, and next to it a supermarket. The stunning red rocks are a 5 minute walk. Plenty of cafes within minutes. Very central, yet peaceful. Easy free parking. Apartment is newly renovated and clean. Loved the bedroom lamps.. It was great to have a sofa. Made it feel like a cozy home for a couple days. Huge terrace with lemon trees. Sunset view. View includes industrial cranes of the port, but it didn’t bother me. Soundproof. Slept very well. Enjoyed the vibe of this small town and the rocks are just gorgeous. Host was also very nice. If you have children, there’s a massive playground n the way to the red rocks. It’s a kind of adventure park with treehouses and rope bridges. Great for older children too. You have everything you need within 5 minutes. Also gelato!
