USNice to have a small private pool with lots of outside sitting areas. Also, it is located inside a small resort and easy access to the beach.
It needs a little upgrades but it was still very comfortable. Perhaps an additional fan in the 2nd room to improve air circulation. Both rooms have AC but the living room and dining room/kitchen only have fans.
SVUSEverything was amazing I was very private and I was able to relax and enjoy my stay. Easy to access to the ocean.

The location had no other facilities nearby. When I mapped out the location to the name it directed me to el zonte. So that is were I thought the location was. It did not mention that it was at coco surf.
