Spacious and clean. Good services.

The apartment is big and comfortable for 6 pax, also has elevator. There are Washing machine in the unit which is good for family.

It is a bit isolated and no convenience store nearby. The unit has kitchen but no kitchen utensils or stove to do simple cooking. What a waste of the kitchen.

Size of the apartment, and relatively in a new building.

Location is in undesired area. Property like Airbnb but did have any utensils except six plastic plates and two broken glasses and no other things..Linens were questionable and covers were old, dirty printed and not cleaned. In the primary bathroom geyser was not working. As property is in a isolated area it was difficult for meals, no coffee in room.

Air conditioning and power back up was good. There is lift in the property which was always working. Staff were helpful and tried to help as much as they could however there was only a little they could do because of lack of infrastructure. Beds were comfortable.

Location: situated in the middle of a very downtrodden and roughed up area. Access is only via auto/taxi which does not readily agree to come here. You cannot walk on the road as lots of dogs are on the street which chase you and are unpredictable. No grocery shop or restaurant in the vicinity . Apartment had nothing to cook (no utensils and no stove). There was no fridge or washing machine, cannot even have cold water to drink in summer heat. Therefore it is a false advertisement that it is a furnished apartment.

Rooms were neat and clean, while kitchen was provided, the required utensils were not available in the flat. They were available inb first floor. Location wise also good. Around 1.5km form Nachiyar temple, 5km from Jambukeshwar temple and 9km from Renganathar temple.

Enroute to property was not that good.

Very nice and safe stay.. Suitable for family.. Owner very friendly and well take care about guest. Will recommend to others.
