The food was awesome and you have to pay extra for it, but I would still say the highlight of this stay is that they provide excellent food.

The rates could be little less if the stay is for too many days. The rates could be made negotiable for prolonged stays that would even give customer satisfaction.

property is new and clean

Property is pretty new. initially the host checked in to a new flat where the TV , AC and setup is not complete. We were flexible to check in and he guaranteed us that he will port us to another flat in the same apartment as the occupied guest have requested to extend their time . Late evening again we arrived to see if we were ported to the new flat. it was arranged. however in the newly ported flat. one of the bedroom door was broken and couldnt latch from inside. Also, main door inside latches were removed for unknown reason. this means any one who has got the keys can enter from outside without any resistance from inside. the property was also located in a remote place. when we raised all these points. the host immeidately offered to cancel the booking and asked us to leave. since it was late in the night we resisted to vacate rather asked him for alternatives. he couldnt sort it. morning he refunded the amount. it was all a bad experience

The Person managing is an experienced person in Hospitality Industry and his attitude is so amazing; just for his service and maintenance, one can repeat Room size may be a concern if you guys are going beyond four; but living room is quite good size and you can make use of the same Overall a very good place to experience

Clean , comfortable, spacious

If you have your own car and can travel and explore places. Will be tough for the ppl without personal vehicle

Hospitality is good.... especially food
