Location was pretty good and close to Serena Hotel and Murree Road

Who property is damp. Ground floors are damp and suffocating. Couldnt stay there for 5min. Bed sheets and Pillows were stained and full of hair. the bedsheet which came in replacement was full of hair not once but thrice. eventually used our own bedsheets and pillows. This property is absolutely not for family and kids. Lizards cob webs around as no one bothered to pay heed. only One House keeper for 3 floors. Better spend a few thousand more and get proper rest house with clean environment for peaceful sleep

Attended was very good and cooperative.

Bed quilt covers was dirty and one bed have hairs under the quilt. Bath toom one towel hanger fixing screws were loose and hanger is loose, need to fix properly. Paint on wall distorted and look awkward behind beds side table.

Room was a little dusty as though it had not been used for a while, but it was fine.
