Clean, new, with AC, very good value for money. Poareva (the host) was very helpful with tips and advices. Also arranged a scooter for us at a good price and picked up us at the ferry dock. Made our trip much easier.

Spacious one bed accommodation close to town and Matira Beach by car. The owner is super helpful and very good communication.

First and foremost the owners are responsive to all my queries. Payment settled online before arrival. For 100€ per night it’s worth it. This huge apartment has everything you need from cooking to laundry facilities - it such an amazing place to stay in Bora Bora and the location is only 20 minutes walk to Vaitape center and ferry terminal. The apartment has laundry machine, gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle, fridge, television. The living area only fan, but the bedroom has an air-con. From Bora Bora airport to Vaitape center, you need to take the free ferry from Air Tahiti which takes 15 minutes and then the owner Poerava will pick you up from the ferry terminal. She even drop me off at the Supermarket, which is really helpful and done my grocery. And then she helps me find a car rental doing all the efforts calling companies in Bora Bora as I was here during the weekend and all cars are occupied. She managed to find one for me and deliver at the Tivini House Check out time is at 10AM and my flight to Maupiti is only at 3:30PM so I leave my bag at her house and walk around in Vaitape and she brought my bag before my ferry departure. An exceptional service! Thanks a lot Poerava 😊

You can’t find the address at Google Maps, but if you search Vaiotaha Lodge, which is the sister of the owner, Tivini House is just next door. Look for the pink sign on the road. If coming from the ferry terminal it’s on the left side. The wifi is weak not 100% reliable. Sometimes it goes off. Good to have mobile internet as backup.

Poerava is a wonderful host. She was available for pick up and drop off at the port a few times. The unit is spacious, kitchen has what you need to make meals, quiet, comfortable bed with ac in the bedroom. A spacious bathroom with washer.Ludi the dog is a sweet affectionate girl. Highly recommend.

Everything are perfect for $130. Actually they are complete with everything it feels like home.
