Sve je na vrhunskom nivou. Od pozicije, parkinga, uredjenosti, higijene. Gazda Milan i domaćica Alina na vrhunskom nivou, za sve što vam je potrebno. Apartman poseduje sve što je neophodno za ugodan boravak. Svaka čast, vratiću se ponovo vrlo rado.

Stan je uredan, čist i dovoljno velik za četvoročlanu porodicu. Ima lepu terasu. U blizini je veliko igralište, nekoliko prodavnica i aquapark.
