When we arrived, we found wasps in the living room. I assumed they had come in from outside because I noticed a window screen left open. The next morning, however, there were more than 50 wasps in the living room. We contacted the hosts, and after their intervention we were informed that several wasp nests had been found in the living room and in the attic. Although the hosts intervened promptly to address the issue, I cannot understand how they failed to notice the wasp nests in the living room (for example, during cleaning). This makes me doubt their good faith. This issue seriously affected our stay, as we could not relax in the living room and were concerned for our safety. Although other aspects of the property were fine, the wasp infestation left a very negative impression.
