The staff Tasmia Anjum was very polite and nice.

Towel should be new

we got kannada TV channel playing.. which is the only point we liked.

bath room worst maintained. no exhaust in bath room. bathroom are smelling. staff only politeness not good service. Cleanliness is not at all there. hot water was smelling. we used bottled water to wash our mouth while brushing our teeth.

The property name is NI Ambaari.. booking.com says Ambaari hotel.. there are other Ambaari hotels too so this confuses people. They tell us to cancel our booking on booking.com and tell us to rebook through them as soon as we reach there. Since we had a pet we had chosen this hotel they later told us they will charge 500 for the pet which as not informed to us while booking.. the bed they provided was not futon bed it was a extra bed which was in a horrible condition .. fails promising, misleading and manipulative people

Rooms were having uncleaned pillow covers and sourroundings were not heginic , staff was not supportive to proivde default towels when asked provided, bathrooms were not cleaned , likely not worthy to stay with family and kids here
