Nothing, cheated on my family we booked for this hotel and they kept over booking they wanted to shift my parents to another property which was a homestay and bad amenities.

You get nice food and rooms were clean worth the money,provided cab prior to arrival with driver details.

Breakfast was good when we arrived. next day at checkout they made us sandwiches for the ferry to Havelock. The staff are very helpful and genuine people. they go out of their way to make the stay comfortable. we traveled with our parents and our 9-month-old daughter. Can't rave enough about the staff and their helpfulness in everything.

Rooms could have some chairs for seating. they had small stools which was not ideal for our aged parents. But apart from that everything else was fantastic. On our way back from the islands, we stayed with them again for a night.
