The apartment was well equipped and clean. There is a private parking space available. The location is perfect if you want to go for a walk in the city.

Outstanding location and comfortable facilities

Everything was ok

It was a wonderful location. Very clean and provided anything you could need. The Host was so kind and responsive I booked late in the afternoon and within 5 minutes he got back to me and met me at the location to let me in. I had a little bit of trouble with the lock and at night 8:00 p.m. And he responded cheerfully and almost immediately to solve my dilemma. He even provided a bottle of Prosecco and a nice cold bottle of water in the fridge. For longer stays there's even a washer and dryer in the unit. Safe and private parking is provided as well.

The main road is a little bit busy but I just put the fan on and slept soundly.

Very comfortable apartment for a family stay. The place is new, well-equipped and very close to the Marzamemi beach street. The host was great as well - giving us advice for local attractions, places to eat and house amenities.

Modern apartment, very comfortable beds, great shower. We didn't need to use anything in the kitchen but it was well equipped. The terrace is huge with outdoor furniture, it must be great in summer! And - a very nice touch from Gianluca - a bottle of prosecco, a carton of fruit juice and some sicilian biscuits were provided 👌
