"Good hotel, but make sure you have your own alarm clock. Front desk staff not 100% on board."

The hotle was comfortable an nice.

The front desk staff and the phone system. Did not receive a wake up call that was requested and was told the hotel was having phone issues. Not sure about this or if just trying to pass off forgetfulness or laziness.

"Fix your showers to make sure cold and hot water can be used at all times."

Breakfast was good location is good.

That they did not have extra blankets to give and that both times i have stated there they don’t have cold water in the shower so one time couldn’t shower and the second time showered w hot water. Terrible.

It was a nice stay in general. Breakfast was okay.

Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 9.30 pm. We had to wait with 3 children in the lobby and that wasn’t convenient, but they offered the kids free snack and they were happy.

"Hotel rooms could use an upgrade."

The location was excellent. The breakfast was great.

The room smelled musky. The bathroom looked unkept with peeling wallpaper & mold on the edges of the tub. The sofa had lots of visible stains and smelled musky. The morning breakfast smell was all over the 3rd floor. The vent system should be upgraded.
