Ich hatte ein Zimmer gebucht, als ich nachts angekommen bin war niemand an der Rezeption trotz 24h Check in. Ich hatte keinen Schlüssel zu meinem Zimmer und konnte nicht einchecken. Der Kundenservice am Telefon hat kein Englisch gesprochen. Am Ende musste ich das Hotel wieder verlassen ohne das gebuchte Zimmer betreten zu können.

Our stay at the hotel was overall below expectations, especially considering the price. The quality offered did not match the cost. The dinner was quite expensive compared to the food served, which felt rather simple for the price charged. The structure itself is rather old, and the rooms were unfortunately quite noisy, which made it difficult to rest comfortably. On a positive note, the staff was polite and helpful, but overall the experience did not meet the standards we were hoping for.
