We made a reservation from villa donmartz bookin on September 1, 2023. The booking fee is 72.90. Without giving the information and without explanation, 15 euro per person for bed linen fee and 100 euro cleaning fee was deducted from me. I was charged a total of 187.90 euros. And although we went late, nothing was ready.We told them. not cancelled. If we cancel, all the money will be burned. we had to go late because we had to.booking should help me in this regard. should check for such situations.
