Trulli Lovers

Filippo was an amazing host. He greeted us on arrival with an umbrella and gave us a tour of the appartment and area that made us feel like we were locals for the rest of our stay! This rental is absolutely adorable with a loft that our kids adored having as an away space (that was still very connected to the rest of the space) The small fridge, cookware and place settings were just enough to both eat carry in pizza (just down the street) and make a few meals for ourselves! And proximity to the main Trulli areas of Alberobello was excellent as well! Just a 5-10 min walk and you are right there in the most charming place you could ever hope to be! We hope to come back someday! Thank you Filippo for providing a welcoming, clean and comfortable accomodation that we left feeling rejeuvenated after staying in.

Hard to read temperature settings on the stove, didnt stop us from using it successfully though. :)

Location - walking distance to old city. And shops, restaurants. Parking was OK - 300m away on street. Second bathroom is very small. Owner met us onsite and explained to us about the trulli and gave map of the city and where to go.

It's a bit difficult to find - take a very small lane off a main street. The second 'bedroom' is a loft in the roof of the trulli. Would be good for a family with 2 young children (but not so for another married couple - no cupboards/drawers for storage, and have to walk up quite steep stairs to the loft).

Feels authentic, nice trullo in a quiet spot at walking distance of the tourist attractions, very friendly and helpful owner

Parking a bit far from the accommodation

The Trullo is located centrally in Alborobello in a dead-end street - it is therefore superquite and the perfect spot to start visiting the city. It is very clean and eqipped very well. The extra-bedroom built right under the roof is exceptional. Filippo is a great host who drove me around (!) after getting me a car parking spot for our car to show me some important spots in the city. Superfriendly! All in all: high recommendation!

The house is beautifully decorated and arranged. The private tour from the owner was so helpful and intentional. We loved how easy it was to walk into town. We also loved the amazing shower and bathtub.

The outside of the house does not look like a typical trulli, but it didn’t matter to us. The roof does, and inside it feels like one for sure! The location is not in the historic trulli area of the town, but for us this was better as it was not as busy and easier to park and easier to walk into the less touristy parts of town.

Beautiful, spacious accommodation in a Trulli home. The host has thought of everything and is very helpful. Lots of towels. Two bathrooms was good. Lovely and quiet too.
