Une maison historique de caractère où l'accueil est particulièrement soigné. Parcage sécurisé. Des chambres décorées avec style (des meubles de famille agencés avec un goût sur). Une literie très confortable et l'assurance de passer des nuits de profond sommeil. Bon petit-déjeuner (ah! le cake à la pomme, aux éclats de chocolat et d'orange!) et, si l'on prend l'option demi-pension, un menu du soir d'une qualité exceptionnelle. Une cuisine qui revisite avec subtilité les classiques de la gastronomie piémontaise (nous avons décidé de décerner une médaille d'or au bünet maison). Les propositions de vin au verre sont époustouflantes. Ajoutons que cet établissement tient à mettre en valeur les produits du territoire. Enfin, pour rapporter chez soi des victuailles locales de qualité, nous conseillons la maison Davit, dans le village voisin de Villar, qui propose des viandes, des fromages de leur production, ainsi que les divers petits marchés qui se tiennent un peu partout dans la vallée.
