Good host. Clean place.

The apartment is comfortable. Fully equipped. Clean and well maintained. Located outside a center but with Grab is not a issue.

Lack of night lamps for reading.

The property itself was fantastic. Very clean and also very spacious. We only stayed for 2 nights which was perfect. The apartment was easy to access and secure. Netflix was also available on the tv which was great. Would definetely recommend for 1/2 nights.

We didn’t venture out into the nearby area much as we just used this as a place to stay while visiting sepilok, however I’m not sure that the nearby area had much to offer outside of the odd local restaurant.

The dedicated parking is a covered parking and convenient. You need a car to travel conveniently around Sandakan. Both airconds are cold. Great sea view from the unit. Has a water filter, refrigerator, and washing machine.

This unit has 2 rooms, but only the main room has aircond, the other smaller room does not have aircond. The two airconds are in the living room and the main room. The 2nd room has a fan and needs to open the door to get cold air from the living room. This unit has one shared bathroom only. So, the master bedroom does not have a dedicated bathroom. This shouldn't be a problem if you are traveling with a family, but may be a problem if traveling with mixed-gender friends or 2 different families.
