CZEverything was superb. Ahmed is a friendly and hospitable host, always available to help with anything. Rooms were big, clean and smelled fresh. Location is great for trips, cheap eateries and supermarkets within a short drive. Fully equipped (incl oil, salt, tea and coffee) shared kitched.
AEIt was not only the accommodation, but also the host, Mr. Ahmed, which made our stay extremely pleasant and comfortable. We are Romanians, and we have this mentality that, when someone comes to your house, to put everything you have on the table. It was exactly the same with Mr. Ahmed that went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
AEThe property is at a great location surrounded by mountains and most importantly just 1 hr drive from Jabel shams mountain and one can get all essential items at the town. The property has a lot of open space which we can’t enjoy in the city life. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The host Mr Ahmed is a very generous person who would always help you to make the stay more comfortable.

Everything exceptional
ESGreat place. Calm, comfortable, modern in the midst of the beautiful nature of the surroundings, and also near to the restaurant street of Al-Hamra. Excellent location to reach all the main attractions of this area of Oman (Jebel Shams, Nizwa, Bahla, etc.). And the best for the last, Ahmed (an his friends), a true example of arabian warmth and heartful hospitality.
INStay was pretty good. Host (Ahmed) was super friendly and very welcoming. He offered us Omani khawa and dates when we arrived. Location is good and pleasant. Rooms, washroom and kitchen are very clean and you can also cook if you want.
