My check in time was 12pm but I reached at 11:10. When I asked the room for my check in , the reception boy told me early check in would be chargeable so I told I would wait in reception for some time but the reception boy told me you can't sit at the reception. You have to wait outside only. This is not acceptable at all.

They provide food but the food quality is very poor quality.room cleaning is not maintained properly.bathroom not clean.

It starts with They play a game of check in extra charges, they waste time till the mangers don’t make some extra money Once you get to the room, you realise it’s worse and slum, garbage dump The property is run as a hourly brothel If you ask for the manager to clean the room or change they openly threaten get out and take another hotel. After somehow spending a little time in the room they switch off the mains to the air conditioning, while you think it’s a power cut. Reality if they just cheap. Manager is drunk while all this drama happens
