Proprietatea a fost curată și renovată , ne-a plăcut foarte mult ca am găsit apă plată și capsule pentru cafea.

This weekend we stayed for two nights in the Cromatic Duo apartment on Lazar Street no. 6. It was an appalling experience, as I already mentioned during our phone conversation right after we entered the apartment. The apartment is full of dampness and mold, the sofa in the living room smells awful and is covered in stains, and the bathroom is barely functional. The shower cabin slopes towards the bathroom, so instead of draining through the shower drain, the water flows out into the bathroom. Even using two towels placed at the shower door, we couldn't stop the water from flooding the floor. There is a terrible sewage smell throughout the apartment, and the walls are soaked with dampness and mold. The moment you walk through the entrance door, you're hit by a strong smell of mold and sewage. The apartment was only partially cleaned – the cupboards are dusty, the fridge is dirty, and the sofa in the living room has sand and crumbs between the backrest and the cushion. I’m honestly shocked that you had the nerve to list such a place on Booking.com.

Good location

The tag at the principal entrance door is not functioning properly. The inner courtyard looks like a miserable favela. In general, the apartment looks good but it is quite worn and there are a lot of annoying flies and midges inside, while in the bathroom there is a permanent sewer ugly smell and the cold water flows very slowly. The operator of the apartment sends to many emails which is very annoying.

The main bad point was the cleaning. Dirty shower with lots of hair Bathroom was big but no place to put the bath stuff, dress for before and after shower. Dirty places in kitchen on table area and the cups. There was a coffe machine with caps and there was only 5 coffe caps even we we 3 adults for 3 days so was hard to find the correct mark to have a coffe in the morning.
