Hotel Village

The hospitality of the staff was excellent, and the breakfast was brilliant !!

朝食つきであったこと。 朝食スタッフさんは、とても感じが良かったです。

洗面の水が詰まる。 喫煙となっていたがオーナーが変わったとかで行ったら禁煙だったこと。 ベッドが動く、絨毯はカバーしきれていない。 朝食つきだったのに、男性スタッフが見落とし、のちにフロントへ連絡したら「あー…そーで…すね…。明日用意しておきますからチケットフロントへとりにきてください。」この言い方、対応の仕方。 朝の女性スタッフは感じ良しでした。 トイレットペーパー、ティッシュペーパーがギリギリしか入っていなかった。 トイレットペーパーはすぐに、変えるタイミングだった。想像すればこんなことはないはず。

朝食ビュッフェがおいしかった。

思ってたより綺麗ですが細かい所で気になる所はあった。

Free tea and coffee amenities

The biggest problem for me, is the beds. We payed for twin beds and we got one normal bed and one "sofa" bed. This bed was more narrow, less confortable and was too short for our legs (me and my partner are taller than 1m70). With such a difference in quality, I feel that calling this room a "twin bed" is quite dishonest. If the hotel would have called it a "one bed and extra sofa bed" instead, I would not have had this unpleasant surprise. Oh, and you have to leave the key at the entrance each time you leave the hotel... which is a real pain when you come back and there are people checking in and no other staff to give you back your key room. Either out more staff at the counter or let the clients keep their keys

We stayed for just about two weeks, while we visited a family member living in the area. During our stay, the service from the entire staff was wonderful. We especially appreciated their patience with us as we navigated communicating with them by using apps, etc. Our room was very well equipped - it was small, but we expected that so it was no problem whatsoever. The facilities (our room, common areas, dining area) were very well maintained and very clean. The breakfast included many options, both Japanese and Western food, and was consistently prepared and delicious! The walk to the train station is about 10 minutes, easy to navigate, so from our perspective the location was excellent.

Very minor comment - some larger sized chairs at the laundry area would be helpful.
