Quiza si le agregaran una parrilla a la habitación para los que gusten hacerce algo de comer antes de salir estaría perfecto. Pero de ahi en fuera todo super bien
MXLa ubicación, la comodidad, el lugar. Todo está perfecto. Sin duda en cada regreso este será mi elección.
Realmente no tengo comentarios negativos, el lugar es un lujo.

MXLa ubicación es lo mejor de todo, tiene muchos puntos importantes a minutos caminando, el área se siente segura y toda la noche esta activa. El personal amable y flexible, nos cuidaron el equipaje antes y despues del check in/out. Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí mismo.
No había cafetera como decía en la descripción (hay que tener en cuenta que no hay estufa como tal). Habia una pequeña fuga en el retrete, y el sofa-cama era un poco ruidoso. El cuarto estaba mas chico de lo que pensé, pero nada de esto fue impedimento para disfrutarlo la estancia.

USIf I could give this place a higher rating, I would. It exceeded all expectations. The location could not have been more perfect, uniquely situated close to Belles Artes and the main zocalo. Easy access to the metro and buses. The room was well thought out--obvious that someone who know travelers needs and wants. Lots of small details that were greatly appreciated. A closet (could have used some more hangars), several luggage racks, a safe, iron and ironing board, well appointed kitchenette with microwave, toaster and fridge. FREE FILTERED WATER and free washer dryer (both on third floor). floor to ceiling windows that opened, a couch, table and chairs, but most importantly, a dreamy, comfortable bed with FOUR GOOD PILLOWS, something you don't often see traveling. I slept like a baby here. And just to repeat myself, the location was superb.
We attempted multiple times to contact the manager prior to our arrival to get the code to get into the facility. No response. We ended arriving several hours before the 3:00pm check in time. They were quite strict about check in time, we didn't receive the code to enter the building until 20 minutes before 3:00. Prior to that the gentleman working the desk opened the door for us and kindly kept our bags until our 3:00pm check in time. Also, the keyless key pad to enter our room didn't work and we had trouble getting into our room until we realized the battery was low on the keypad. Once notified, they replaced the battery but it was stressful not being able to get into the room.

Faltaria una cafetera, o un detalle de bienvenida con unos cafes o té soluble. La presión del agua es infima, problema generalizado en todo CDMX
