Really nice place to stay. Manager of the property Bogdan was always available in case of any questions. Very calm and quite neighborhood.

Modern and comfortable apartment, with amazing view at the sea and mountains. Also Bogdan was very helpful, he always answered immediately to every question I had. When I come back to Budva I would like to stay here again.

The apartment has a lot of potential, it is quite close to the center and beaches, be careful you have some stairs. The bedrooms are very dark and you can sleep very well. Each room has AC. Bogdan is responsive and helpful.

The smell in the bathroom is very, very bad, basically we were inhaling mold and sewage. Couldn’t close properly the bathroom door and the lock didn’t work. The kitchenware was dirty and lacking. Overall the apartment was not properly cleaned before our stay. (we even found other ppl staff in the wardrobes). Parking was not sufficient for the people staying in the apartments - we found our car blocked. The apartment has potential but someone has tot take more care of it.

Host was there within 10 minutes of us arriving to give us keys and let us inside

Host messaged me on Whatsapp after midnight the night before our arrival to ask about our arrival time, incredibly unprofessional. He had us park our car in a spot that later got blocked in by other guests and we resorted to calling the police and knocking on other tenants’ doors to get the car moved. There was also black mold in the shower and the entire apartment smelled like sewage

Apartamento moderno y limpio. Ubicación aceptable, a 15 minutos del casco histórico.

Pequeña dificultad en acceso a apartamento y aparcamiento. Anfitrión, correcto, aunque nos enseñó el apartamento con bastante prisa.
