La posizione era perfetta per il motivo del mio viaggio. I proprietari sono venuti incontro a ogni mia esigenza. Alcune erano davvero difficili da accontentare, per via di possibili orari molto particolari da parte mia. La gentilezza e la disponibilità sono state assolute

Het was ONTZETTEND schoon. De lieve moeder van de host kwam ons tegemoet met de sleutels en verdere uitleg. Snelle communicatie via booking berichten. Verblijf mooier dan op de foto’s.

Wij hebben sommige keukenartikelen niet kunnen vinden, zoals ovenwanten om dingen uit de oven te halen. Er waren veel artikelen, zoals zout … maar geen olie- geen must, maar wel fijn.

La casa es muy amplia, limpia, cómoda y bien equipada. La ubicación es estrategica, tiene cerca una estación de tren que te lleva al centro en 30 minutos. También está bien conectada para viajar a puntos turísticos en auto. Tiene un supermercado muy cerca. El estacionamiento es público en la calle, suele estar casi lleno.

Nicola und seine Mutter waren sehr hilfsbereit und äusserst freundlich. Ich habe mich in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und kann sie bedingungslos weiterempfehlen!

Ruhig gelegen, große Wohnung mit Balkon und Wohnzimmer. Modernes Bad der Rest eher altmodisch gehalten aber mit nem gewissen Charme :)

Parfait bel appartement et confortable et hôte très réactif

Apartamentul este intr-un cartier liniștit, aproape de restaurante, supermarketuri și de gară pentru a lua trenul spre Palermo centrale, 30 de minute cu trenul, Nicola este o gazdă minunată care te ajută cu orice, de la ați recomanda locuri turistice din Palermo și vecinătate până la piețe și restaurante unde se mănâncă bine. Apartamentul este foarte mare și foarte curat și găsești tot ceea ce ai nevoie în el pentru a te simți ca acasă. Data viitoare când o să vizitez Palermo tot acolo o să stau dacă apartamentul o să fie liber.

Convenient and large apartment with all amenities needed. Enaugh parking space in the yard. Great bakery and pizza just next door. Five minutes to supermarket. 15-20 minutes by metro to center of Palermo. I do not recommend to go to center with car, better use metro. Very convenient bed.

The way from apartment to the store is not clean and satisfying :), but the situation in Sicily is everywhere the same.

We felt like at home. Very specious. What I liked most is the small yard, that kids were able to play safely and uninterrupted. We also had our breakfast there. Separately there is an indoor dining area, and everything someone may need. Very clean and quite. Easy to find a parking slot for free. Hosts were very helpful, easy to communicate. Kids bedroom just right to the parents, one floor, no stairs.

Overall excellent experience

Fantastic apartment with everything you need. The bathroom is really new and clean. We cooked, we did laundry, and enjoyed the sunroom dining room. There is also a separate living room with an outdoor space which we didn’t get a chance to use as much. The blinds block the light well and are set with a mechanism to be extra safe given the apartment is on the ground floor (though there are ~5 steps to get into the building). The hosts were super nice and responded quickly when we asked for something. There are grocery stores nearby and a nice coffee shop with pastries around the corner (Bar Gardenia). Also, we took the train for 30 mins, the station is only 2 blocks away, to go to the city center saving us from driving and risking entering the ZTL. Same train line also connects to the airport. The apartment is also ~10 mins drive to the beach in Mondello.

Street parking was easy enough, but very unclear what’s a legal parking spot.
