Pillow was torn Bed was untidy Washroom wasn't clean There was no hot water at all even after our request it came for just 10 min Night from 11pm no power, there wasn't not even a small light which was working No one was at the desk always the person will be inside and everytime I have to knock the door even then he'll not come out The worst experience I want the money refund

The hotel staff are very helpful/decent and friendly. The hotel is budget friendly not for rich people. The room allocated for me is good for the price I paid. The only thing which I don't like about geysers as this will be ON only in the morning time 7 to 10 AM and that the geyser is not under our control as the power button control is with staff at their desk. And also I feel the room which is allocated for me is a small with a medium size bed but of course again this is fine for what I paid. Three hotels are very close to the hotel and you can choose the 'WELCOME' hotel( Non-Veg) without any doubt as they are providing excellent food quality and taste. A bakery is available near the hotel where the items are in very good taste. This hotel is situated 2 km from the busstand/Kodaikanal lake so if you want to go there by private cab , they will charge of Rs. 300/- else you need to wait for some time to catch the local bus opposite to hotel.( Buses will be available every half an hour else one hour) The hotel staff will provide you with hot drinking water. I can say finally, you can choose this hotel if you are looking budget friendly with out any doubts. I paid 5k for 4 days.
