Mic dejun excelent, gazda amabila, comunicare excelenta, totul foarte curat, dotari pentru tot ce e nevoie pentru servit masa, magazine si pizzerie in apropiere, zona linistita, curte foarte placuta.

Shared bathroom and smell from bathroom

I had a private room with a shared bathroom. There was always hot water in the bathroom. The rooms could be locked and the beds were comfortable. The location is not perfect, but it's close to Timișoara Nord.

On one of my nights there there was no heating and despite my complaining, the owner came by to fix it on the next morning, so the whole building had no heating all evening and all night.

Nothing really

Dirty room full of random items, an uncomfortable mattress, no soap, no towels, and the whole room stinks with no way to ventilate it. The only window faces the hallway, so there is no natural light in the room. No AC in the summer. The breakfast is cold fried eggs from the fridge. The owner speaks only Romanian, no English.

It was very clean. The owner was nice and always open to help.
