The room and bathroom were very clean, and all the items that you might need were there. The check-in and communication with the host worked excellent. The bathroom was spacious. But the most important item wasn't.

Despite the positive appearance, the most important thing was horrible. The bed. It was equipped with a spring mattress that felt very uncomfortable. Even this can be a matter of taste. But what was really bad was the blanket. A worn-out blanket that was not completely covered in a sheet. It did not look clean. This made the whole stay not uncomfortable.

Great communication, easy access, comfortable bed, lovely bathroom & fantastic breakfast delivered to room daily. A very comfortable B&B centrally located to town and station. Also central to car museums and other attractions if you have a car - great free parking near property

It wasn’t the property but when visiting Castelfranco Emilia in August most of the local restaurants/cafes were shut for holidays so was difficult to find places to eat

Beautiful property only 5 to 10 min walk from station and 3 mins from main station Perfectly clean and very nice staff, very helpful. They deliver breakfast to your room the night before I would certainly stay there again

The room was lovely. The bed was very comfortable and the staff has been available and helpful. The set up with the breakfast served in the room was really nice too. Really convenient location too.

Unfortunately the AC didn't work for the majority of the time, the staff helped us and provided us a fan that helped a bit. Only the lat night the AC started working. Even if it was no one fault, due to the warm and humid climate this issue with the AC had a big impact on our staying.

Breakfast option and quantity. Too much of certain items or too little. But still 10 anyway property is the best in town
