La piscine à réparer par ce que le liner est un peu abîmé.

Location très bien située, propre , bien décorée et spacieuse pour une famille de 4 personnes. Nous ne pouvons que la recommander ! Merci à Véronique.

Les chambres correctes , le calme , l’emplacement pour le véhicule.

Le manque de chaises, et celle présente inconfortable. Nous avons racheté des verres car pas assez pour quatre. Le ménage n’es que sommaire la hotte sale et le four aussi . La machine à laver qui fuit. L’espace extérieur la table et les chaises usagés.

Lovely place to stay nearby to Orient Bay Beach. (You can walk to the beach in Cul de Sac and then walk about 20 minutes to Orient Bay Beach if you chose, but only in the daytime... no lights at night.) Communication with Veronique was great. The AC worked well, and we had just enough space for the two of us. Having a washer and also detergent pods was SUPER helpful.

The parking space was a bit tight to fit into, but nothing can really be done about that! I wish this property were a bit closer to a supermarket and/or to Orient Bay, but it really is only a short drive. I just wish we could have walked more places - but I think most of Saint Martin is like that unless you are specifically staying in Orient Bay or Grand Case or Marigot.

Spacious, very clean, contains most of the requirements for a stay. Very bright, newly finished interior. Great to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for travelling friends. Local friendly kitties a huge plus! Pool a few steps from the house is wonderful, watching the sun set over the green hills. Host was gracious when accidentally snapped an external blind opening/closing arm and sent someone round right away (although didn't get fixed during our stay).

Directions and photos to find and get in were very poor, unfortunately. Unnecessarily unclear and stressful. House layout alright, but furniture arrangement somewhat odd, with plugs few and in unhelpful places. Some basic kitchen supplies like aluminum foil (or similar) would have been great. It had the necessities but a little spartan. Sofa occupies a lot of the main level and is not particularly useful, facing a wall. A simple rearrange would help ease of use and comfort. As this reservation was via Booking.com and was over 200 euros/nt was not expecting an Airbnb arrangement where we did most things ourselves, relegating the value for money not being that great. Location is pleasant (once located), but not much around so difficult to enjoy without a car, which we eventually rented. Cabs could not find it either. Orient Beach is gorgeous but still a good walk up/down hills to access. Pool was in fact shared by quite a few houses.

Amazing location and stay. Exactly as advertised plus more. The villa itself is very clean and newly renovated with modern appliances, lighting, and everything else. The beds and bedding are fantastic and the amenities like the pool and washing machines were a great bonus. Most importantly perhaps was the great A/C in every room, could not stress this enough. Thanks again!
