Die Lage war das einzigst gute.

Schimmel im Eingangsbereich, Tausende Fliegen im Bad, versiffte ausgeblichene Überdecke (die man vor Ekel nicht nutzen konnte)

Für Massafra sicher eine gehobene Ausstattung. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt und bei Kontaktaufnahme war der Kundenservice stets bemüht gut und schnell zu helfen

Massafra ist eine Art Felsenstadt mit weiten Wegen, besonders zum Meer.

"La biancheria si sostituisce tra un ospite e l’altro."

La biancheria del letto e da bagno era sporca ed usata. Inammissibile! Ho prenotato questo soggiorno per degli amici ed ho fatto una pessima figura. Per fortuna ho provveduto fornendo io della biancheria pulita, visto che anche avendo informato durante il soggiorno del problema l’host non ha proposto di sostituire la biancheria. Ha sostenuto che fosse colpa della donna delle pulizie, ma penso che il minimo sia proporre una soluzione alternativa e rimediare all’errore.
