早餐大厅真是惊呆我了，这还是在希瓦吗？

Le personne est à l'écoute et très serviable. L'hotel est calme et bien entretenu. Très grand choix au petit déjeuner qui prend la forme d'un buffet. Bouilloire et petit frigo dans la chambre. La piscine qui permet de se rafraichir est un vrai plus. L'hotel est légérement en dehors de la vieille ville mais le service de navette gratuite de l'hotel permet d'aller et venir à notre guise.

I stayed there a night before my flight as The hotel in Itchan Kala was full. A bit far from Itchan Kala but they have free shuttle to and for so make it very convenient as well. The price is much cheaper than those hotel in IK so make the stay very worthwhile to stay there. The front desk staff is super helpful as well.

It doesn’t have facilities but comes with a swimming pool which we didn’t use as it’s not heated.

Można się tu poczuć jak w luksusie ;) hotel czysty, zadbany, codzienne sprzątanie, miła obsługa, dużo opcji do wyboru podczas śniadania w wielkiej sali balowej. Zgodnie z obietnicą, hotel odwozi gości do miasta oraz przywozi z powrotem do hotelu, jest to bezpłatne. Nie skorzystałyśmy z basenu, więc o tym nic nie mogę powiedzieć.

Bardzo dobry stosunek ceny do jakości , parking, śniadanie bogate w formie szwedzkiego stołu, czysty basen, piękne wnętrza. Personel miły, pomocny, uśmiechnięty. Darmowe melex do i z centrum. Polecam.

Very nice staff, great transfers, good breakfast, nice pool area, spacious room. The Old Town is within walking distance for good walkers.

The non-working air conditioner wasn't a big problem, the worst thing was the old, worn-out bed linens.

コスパのよさと朝食の充実。施設に不足はありません。プールがあるのは嬉しい。ホレズムタクシーチャーターは主な3ヶ所まわって50USD。今回の旅行で朝食はここが1番よかった。グンマとか土地の料理も出ます。

ホテルの問題ではないが、ヒヴァの水道水は塩水とのこと。ポットの内側は真っ白でした。

It is very spacious, the room and the hotel itself you have the Impression it is a palace or a resort. shuttle to the city works very good. The price for what you get is very good.

Empoyees are not unfriendly but just make their job. Spending most of the time at their mobile phone watching videos Which is during the breakfast a bit strange. Compared to family Hotels you feel the difference of being welcomed or just being a guest.

Hotel oferował bezpłatne przejazdy do centrum miasta oraz odbierał gości. Zamówili nam również taksówkę na dworzec kolejowy oraz opłacili ją za nas. Bardzo duży plus dla nich za to :) hotel sam w sobie jest dość stary, ale pokoje są sprzątane i mają też basen w którym można się ochłodzić. Śniadania są okej.
