- Logement impeccable et très bien équipé - Literie confortable - Superbe terrasse avec une vue incroyable sur l'océan pour les couchers de soleil ! - La gentillesse et la discrétion de Fanja et sa famille

- La 4 voie se trouvant derrière le logement, à certains moments de la journée nous entendons beaucoup la circulation lorsque nous sommes sur la terrasse. Mais l'appartement est très bien insonorisé donc aucun souci pour le calme.

Le calme malgré la route assez passante juste à côté. La terrasse, l'espace de l'appartement et sa propreté.

Ça monte un peu pour aller au logement. Mais ça se fait bien malgré tout. Nous n'avons pas été gêné.

Logement à l'étage de la maison du propriétaire, en contrebas de la nationale 1 , dans une impasse. Parking facile, lotissement résidentiel. Photos conformes. Belle terrasse avec vue mer, bien équipée. Très propre. Climatisation séjour/cuisine. Bonne isolation phonique. Accueil par la propriétaire, toujours agréable. Situation excentrée par rapport au centre ville mais choix volontaire, en effet la D22 qui desserre l'intérieur des terres part de là pour trois bassins et les routes forestières pour Mafate.

Le talus remontant vers la N1 en raison de la relative sécheresse est peu boisé, le bruit de la nationale à certaines heures est présent quand vous êtes sur la terrasse.

Très bel appartement, lumineux et fonctionnel. Bonne situation. Belle vue. Bien accueillis par Fanja, explications claires.

Manque d’ustensiles pour des personnes qui cuisinent. Un presse agrume serait idéal pour les excellents tangors et mandarines.
