Location and cleanliness except toilet sink with some rusty stain. EV car charger useful for guests who drove EV car

Some stuff no working properly like water shower head, sink at kitchen bath room. Which all of this not very costly to fixed. 2nd bed room no window and don’t feel it suitable for sleeping, very stuffy. No extra rubbish beg.
