Konkretna instrukcja obsługi apartamentu-jak wejść, pokazane miejsca parkingowe, co robić w przypadku ewentualnej awarii, lista restauracji w pobliżu. W cenie były dwa miejsca parkingowe na zamykanym parkingu przy domu. Taras idealny na wieczorny relaks lub śniadanie na świeżym powietrzu.
