"Spacy and cozy apartment"

Very nice, spacious and cozy apartment close to the city center and tram. Has everything you need for short or long stay, enough space for 4 people and for kids activities. Bed and sofa are very comfortable to sleep and relax. The sofa is quite spacy to host all family to read kids books for example. You have washer just in case that is very handy with kids.

The entrance to the building is quite outdated and impress at the very beginning, however, it even more highlight the state of the apartment when you enter. Please be aware for limited mobility or very older people, it could be challenging to rich 3rd floor by narrow stairs
