There was no breakfast

The host was extremely unprofessional and displayed a poor attitude toward us. After returning from a night out, he insisted I park in a very tight space, despite me expressing discomfort—especially since I had been drinking. Instead of assisting, he raised his voice, implied I was drunk, and claimed he doesn’t drink, which felt judgmental and inappropriate. I reminded him that many guests book accommodation near events specifically to avoid driving after drinking, so returning late shouldn't be an issue. He rudely offered to refund me on the spot but continued making unnecessary comments instead. Additionally, we were never provided with fresh towels throughout the weekend and ended up sharing amongst ourselves. He also incorrectly claimed I only booked for three guests when the reservation clearly indicated four. To top it off, the unit is directly on the main road—when the sliding door is open, you're practically on the pavement. Overall, very disappointing experience. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The stuff was always willing to assist and the water was always nice and hot to shower.

The place was not clean when we arrived it had dust in the cupboards and the apartment that we booked it is a 7 sleeper but has only one bathroom to share. I think there should be at least 2 bathrooms to share.
