Convenient location on top of shops and supermarket

We stayed at 26-3A. Has not been cleaned properly for at least a year, dust near cups and plates are thick and floor was sticky. There are urine stains in toilets areas. Toilet rolls were wet on arrival. Beds were not comfortable, incorrectly built so frames would fall apart if you sat at wrong location. The sewage has issues, you can smell it through the kitchen drainage especially after someone has pooed. Fire alarm went off at 5am in the morning on 5th floor, but there were no fire alarms on 26th level, so would have died if there was an actual fire as you can not hear it.

The location of the apartment is in close proximity to KL city and places we would like to go.

Tap was leaking in the bathroom, kitchen and fridge was dirty when we arrived, the floor is not cleaned, bathroom is old, bathroom mirror is dirty.

Location: May be ok cause we want to stay near our event place at Stadium Juara.

Facilities: Dusty and not clean especially carpet and kitchen area. We did bring our kids and it's not good for my kids since they are allergic to dust.

It's within walking distance to the MRT, despite a few mins walk and twist and turns~ But there's a 7-eleven & a mall nearby (2min walk) for food, and really just close to an event venue we're going to~ The host is polite enough to help whenever possible~ The facilities like Gym and Swimming pool is in Floor 3A, but please be sure to bring appropriate swimming cloth(No T-shirt) or sportswear~ (We were abruptly requested to leave the facilities by security, because we weren't informed of such rules)

We resides in Unit B-8-12 & 11, 6 pax, so it's a two way split~ First off, I stayed in B-8-12 with my parent, and the first thing my dad does is to test the AC, which wasn't as strong as B-8-11, but also hard to control, faulty AC~ The TV is un-operational as well~ (B-8-11 one is fine) Also in B-8-12, the entire master bathroom is transparent glass, as opposed to B-8-11 which is an obscure "frost" type glass. Meaning, my parent could not get any hygiene privacy in the bathroom, whether showering or defecating. They had to make a makeshift curtain using extra towels they found, and latch it to the door, and even that is barely covering~ (And the shower flow for the single bathroom is barely flowing as well~) Second off, whilst I dun reside in B-8-11, and even though the difference in "luxury" is noticeable between the two unit, my sister and her husband complained throughout the duration of their stay that the shower drainage is clogged. Attempting to unclog it with a toilet brush yields no result, nor any possible debris or hair that we thought might be clogging it, so this is a problem outside of DIY fixes~ Lastly, for a stay that is properly informed of the number of people arriving, we didn't even have enough plates and cups to eat out off. We found paper plates, and respectfully we wouldn't use a paper plate for hygienic reason~ And I dun see the point of having a washing machine available, if we have to buy detergent ourselves~ Let's not even mention the odor from the fridge~ (A coal pouch or baking soda from the convenience store do wonders for absorbing odors, please try it) That's as far as I've asked or my family member told me, or witness myself. I won't sweat the minor detail~ Cell service could be better tho, even with data usage~
