La localisation, très proche du centre. La décoration, et tout le nécessaire mis à disposition (fontaine à eau, boules quies, parapluie, etc…). L’appartement est très propre et calme.

Peu de pression au niveau de l’eau, et eau tiède pour la douche.

L'emplacement c'etait très pratique et la maison jolie et lumineuse. Les hôtes ont été réactifs et la communication a été très fluide.

Fenêtres mal isolées mais c'est le cas avec presque tous les constructions en Amérique Latine. Je conseille à l'hôte de fournir des bouchons d'oreille et de procéder à une fumigation.

I like the close proximity to the center of the city and the apartments aesthetic.

The only thing is that the hot water didn’t last long. I had to learn to take fast showers.

Everything was great, the interior design (and all the little details within it), amenities, and location. However, the noise was an issue, but I understand that is out of the control of the host. It is important for potential clients to know that it is quite noisy, to the point that it disrupts sleep, mainly coming from barking dogs and yelling cats, but there was also a weird squeaky sound outside that would start as soon as the sun set, and it would go on all night, we never were able to determine what it was.

Great location, right near the centre of Oaxaca. The property is super cute and has everything you can possibly need. Staff was really helpful and accomodating when we asked to extend our sstay of one night.

Some loud poochies next door woke us up one morning but ear plugs are provided and it was honestly no bother for us
