This property was cozy and near the Dumaguete boulevard. The rooms were also clean and spacious. Overall, we had a safe and comfortable stay here!

The comfort room has just enough space yet decent. There was no parking inside for the guest so we had to park somewhere else. The owner’s attendant/agent was not that accommodating. She seemed to shout at me when I called her and ask questions.

I never like it, coz the comfort room has a very strong chlorine smell that irritates my throat and made me sick. No hand soap, at least, and the worst part is when I contacted the assistant, I had 34 miss calls and when she answered she was so rude telling me that she is still working with other unit. Like really? I dont have any idea what you’re doing and you answered me like that! Like you need to explain in a polite way and not like blaming me that you’re busy and raise your voice on me!

Clean bedding, clean building, nice pool

Annebella Residence has no dedicated parking for those staying in one of their rooms. You have to park your vehicle on a public street and so forth off the property. If you do not have your own transportation, though, it is a nice place to stay.

COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE!!! DONT STAY HERE, read my review

This place is disgusting. The sheets and pillows were stained. Walls hadn’t been cleaned in months, cockroaches own the place. In the bed, under the bed, coming out of hole in the walls, we left that room within the first hour of walking in. Host offered us another room of theirs. This one did not have cockroaches. But had a poopy diaper in the garbage. My wife and I had to go out and buy all new sheets and we gave the entire condo a deep clean. Spent the first day of our vacation cleaning their room for them. Was not cheap nor was it quick. Tv wasn’t working, they had service tech come in 2 separate days to try and fix it. Ac broke and they had to fix it. All this while we were there. We weren’t going to let them come in our room without us there. So we had to wait around and miss out on adventures outside. ALL THE POSITIVE REVIEWS HERE ARE FAKE, from the host creating account.
