PHThe place is quiet, you can feel the sea breeze in the evening when you go out. Lot of restaurant to choose from near the area. Great location. AC is cold. Hot shower. Smart TV. Fast Internet (WiFi)
Guards are very strict, I was asked many times about my guests, the name of my guests. and when we use the pool seems like it is not for everyone they are very strict with the number of guests and they asked again the names. I already provided everything to the owner Rany seems the coordination from the entrance gate to the entrance of the building and the guard at the pool are not sync with the information provided. The owner is very responsive while the caretaker does not respond. Caretaker need to check some appliances (rice cooker that is not working, not turning ON needs repair, AC filter need cleaning) seems the caretaker have not check these items. But I have reported them to the owner. Overall it was a wonderful experience, we enjoyed the pool, we have good sleep at night.
