Great location, lovely balcony.

Horrible communication with host. Our first night we were locked into the apartment when the door deadbolt malfunctioned, and it took us two hours to get any response from the host. We were stuck in the apartment for a total of three hours and received no apology nor much effort during the ordeal. It was frightening not being able to reach the host. We also were only given 1 towel each for the entire week’s stay and were unable to reach host for replacements. The apartment also advertised a washing machine but there was none in the building. The apartment itself was great but the poor communication ruined our stay and I advise others to be cautious as well.

We chose that place for its location, it is in a side quiet aley and not far from the old city and the train station We also liked the look of it, the place looks very pretty and nicely decorated the bed is comfy and there are 2 pilowes for each person there is a large closet in the bedroom

We realized the place lacked comfort, the aircon is poorly located so we were cold in the living room and in the bedroom in the living room, the location of the sofa has no relation to the T.V. and there is no other easy chair or any kind of comfy chair there is no long/body miror in the bathroom, there is no place to put things on, like a small stool, and not many hooks eather. the shower itself is the worst ever! there is no way to control the heat of the water, you burn or you freez, the temprature changes on its own so all in all I am sorry to say that we did not have the best time in this place

The hosts use a remote key access system, which confused us a little to start as it asked for money. We later realised this was the city tax. think the heat had got to us :) Sent clear pictures/instructions to access property. There are some steps to property, but also a lift. Excellent shower, washing machine (with liquid supplied - although we had our own) Drying rack we put on terrace as so hot. Table and 2 chairs on terrace, nice to sit out for breakfast. Too hot in August for us during day. Didn't use oven or hob. (too many nice places to eat out!) Property not too far from station or sights.

Air conditioning didn't seem powerful enough to cool all the rooms, so we shut a couple of doors so the cold air was directed to the bedroom, which was fine.

Liked the terrace. The living space was very nice. Had all the amenities needed. Check in was easy.

The air conditioning in the bedroom was very poor.
