Property is clean, has all we needed as family and the host was warm and kind. It felt like we were leaving a family when we checked out. Home away from home ❤️

I love this place! The unit is so neat and homey. Cooking & dining utensils are provided. Beddings are so comfortable. Feels like home indeed. The hosts/owners are commendable. They were kind, easy to talk to, and prompt in responding with our concerns.

host are very accomodating, responsive and kind. they gave us pandesal for breakfast. the house is almost complete with cooking and eating utensils. extra mattress was provided, they have towels for a minimal fee that are soft and fragrant. they have a nice balcony where you could see the skyranch ferris wheel and get some fresh air when needed.

parking space are tight but the owners assist as you manuever your car. they even make sure you are parked securely inside their premises.

Peaceful,Safe and has a relaxing view.

Ms. Liezel and her husband were super hospitable. We requested if we can leave our luggages in their place first because we'll be arriving very early and there are still guests in the room we got. Instead, she offered for us to stay in their smaller room for a few hours for free! She even provided water and insisted that we can use the amenities while waiting for our room to be ready. The place is clean and accessible to public transport. The apartment is complete with kitchen tools. The place is spacious and can comfortably accomodate up to 10 people. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay for us and will definitely check their availability first when we get back to Baguio.

The property was cleaned well by the host prior to our check in. The unit is equipped with spacious living and dining areas, new and well functioning kitchen wares , well kempt 3 bedrooms that can accomodate a big family and a clean bathroom with water heating system. There is a beautiful view of the city and mountain ranges with colder breeze at the balcony. The host family are nice and accomodating, we had a nice random short talks with them too during our stay.

The wifi is slow and sometimes was not working at night. Could be a problem for those who need it for business, online classes and those who will be using fast internet while being away from home. If you stay on higher floors, you will have several flight of stairs to take which could be hard for the elderly and PWDs - you may request to stay on the lower floors. During our stay, the neighborhood dogs bark in the middle of the night.
