Crociferi Luxury Apartment

Very spacious apartment, which was only built for rental purposes and therefore the furnishings are partly very basic and run down due to the high occupancy. Valeria, the apartment manager, is a very nice and courteous lady who always answers questions promptly and is available if there are any problems.

Pool cold! Before we arrived, when we asked, it was explicitly pointed out that the pool was heated. "Heated" is of course a matter of definition, but when I advertise a heated whirlpool, customers expect the water to be warm and comfortable. This is not the case, you freeze after a few minutes. When we asked again to heat the pool, we were told "the owner doesn't want to". In the future, please either do not advertise the ad as a heated whirlpool or accept the extra electricity costs and heat the pool!

Staying at Croceferi Luxury Apartment in Catania was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, the host welcomed us warmly and provided us with all the information we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The apartment itself felt like a home away from home - spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Every detail was taken care of, and everything worked perfectly. It truly felt like our own little sanctuary in the heart of Catania's city center. The location couldn't have been better, allowing us easy access to all the attractions and amenities the city has to offer. Overall, our experience at Croceferi Luxury Apartment was fantastic, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Catania.

The facilities in the apartment were great and the apartment was freshly renovated

The exterior of the building gave the initial impression we were at the wrong address.

-The apartment is quite spacious, clean and it has a great location. There is some humidity due to the pool and a smell of chlorine ( I guess). - The apartment is well equipped, it has a smart TV with Netflix. - The kitchen is equipped with all needed utensils. - There were coffee and tea available

- The fact that the check out time is at 10 am and the landlord is sending a message the evening before to ask again what time you are leaving. -Also, there was someone ( cleaning person, I suppose) in front of our door waiting for us to leave. - When the location was sent, the address was unclear and we had to contact twice the landlord to ask for further details. So make sure you have WiFi or you ask for the proper address pin before you're going towards the address. - There was no sugar for the coffee / tea - I'd suggest a shower gel dispenser or more of the miniature bottles. We stayed 3 days and there was only one "shower Shampoo" 20 mls bottle per person.
