amazing house perfect for large groups / families

Nothing i did not like , but please note that parking on the road can be an issue and inside the house has many stairs to get to the bedrooms

The location was what we wanted, in town. You could walk to the water, and several great restaurants and spend time in the local shops. Four bedrooms and six beds was perfect for our family. We spent a couple of nights eating in and playing board games. Communication with the host was excellent.

Even though they were beautiful, there was two flights of long stairs. Parking was not for the faint of heart. Availability was often 10 to 15 car lengths away.

The house itself is pretty nice and comfortable. It has AC in most divisions and fits everyone comfortably.

When we arrived, the dishes and cutlery were not clean at all, likewise the clothes dryer was full of lint. A dishwasher was advertised, but there was none, which is a shame because it had enough space for one and in a house that is meant to host up to 8 people it really doesn't make sense not to have one. The kitchen is not really fully equipped. It has Teflon pans but no Teflon-friendly utensils. A lack of pans overall.

Emplacement excellent dans la ville. Tout à distance de marche. L’hôte a été très aidant pour des questions d’organisation pour notre parking à proximité.

A huge apartment with three floors and inner yard. Has everything you need for a long stay. WiFi speed is around 700 MBs.

Sometimes a bit noisy due to close to airport location.

Great location, fantastic house with all the amenities. Clean, well organized with everything one may need. Fantastic hosts, responsive and with many suggestions of how to explore São Miguel Island! Highly recommended!
