Всико е чисто ново,матрака е много удобен,локацията е на центъра и е близо до всички заведения и магазини,телевизорите са смарт,собствениците и персонала са усложливи и винаги на разположение!

Има някакъв шум като от компресор на климатик който е постоянен и спира отвреме на време,обаче не е толкова силен,за да не може да се спи!
