Plenty of space and room

The house is very poorly managed. Outside, it still seems like under renovation.. the whole taman is like unfinished project. There is some safety hazard as the staircase railing is shaking and not well secured. If someone leaned on it, it will surely break and bring the person down as well. The inside of the house lack of proper interior design which is a huge waste. There is a lot of potential but the area is very run down. Water pressure is low. For this kind of pricing, I'm quite disappointed with the house which looks great in the picture. This made my whole family is unhappy with my arrangement and spoils the vacation this round.

huge carpark area, decent swimming pool size, everytg you need is here. very suitable for larger group of people.

no place to hang clothes. need to reach property bfore night time bcs the road and surrounding area can be so dark.

Airconds working well, water electricity was good.

Tv cant connect to netflix or other apps besides you tube, pillows was very bad. You cant sleep on it. Too hard and big. There were hairs on all of the bathroom drains. Alot of taik cicak everywhere, half eaten bread was left at the staircase. No dustbin at any of the rooms. Only one bug dustbin at the kitchen. There are 6 rooms and not one dustbin.

the owner/manager was helpful and responsive - however unable to aid us further with their short comings

it was dirty furniture was in bad shape there are multiple villas- the image shown in the villa in good condition… the other villas provided were fairly run down (image and real life villa looks totally different) basic amenities were not provided/ swimming pool is so dirty- we booked a villa with pool to use
