Charming Backyard Sleepout

It is a modern, clean, and cheerful sleepout, and very quiet. There is a desk and computer, a sofa, TV, dining table, a toilet and wash basin. There is a toaster, a jug and things like that. There are 3 rooms; a bedroom, a lounge/dining room, and a toilet room.

Everything was great. The shower is in the main house, and you text them when you want to use it in the morning, or night.

It was the perfect option for us to spend the night here and we were able to get a restful and great night sleep before heading overseas. Communication was smooth and easy, I was able to shower in the main house without any issues. The sleepout is private, bed and pillows are really comfortable :) Thank you for having us!

Very very quiet and private location. Warm and. Clean. Facilities available to make coffee etc and heat up food. Milk provided. Very welcoming hosts. No bathroom in unit however available if needed inside as advertised prior to booking. Unit did have toilet and hand basin.

Very easy to deal with managed to check in early which was ideal

The hosts were great, really welcoming. They accommodated our individual needs, eg keeping our bicycles secure.
