Location is good. Unit is clean. Heating system is perfect!

The location is excellent, within walking distance of Tenmonkan Street, as well as nearby restaurants and a supermarket. There are several coin parking lots along the street, which are quite affordable compared to other prefectures in Kyushu. The unit allows for light cooking, and we were able to do our laundry and use the bathroom’s drying function. Check-in instructions are sent via email, with an option to complete pre-check-in through the provided link, followed by scanning a QR code at the entrance check-in device. The place is quiet as it’s not located on the main street, and it offered great value for our two-night stay.

The bathtub drain appears to be clogged, as the water is draining quite slowly.

Clear and easy instruction for checking in. Room is very secured as you will need two set of codes to get into your room. Bedsheets and kitchen utensils are generally clean. Location is great and close to convenient shops (e.g. Family Mart).

The air conditioner is quite dirty. I need to clean the dust before using it. I recommend them that cleaning the filter and wiping the dust should be part of their cleanup routine.

Super nice place! One of the best hotels ive stayed at in a few different trips to Japan. The hotel room is massive compared to most hotels, AC was very good, beds very very comfortable. Had a whole kitchenette, living room space, and washer. For the money this was definitely top 5 of any Japan hotel ive stayed at.

The only negative, is that if people are above you, you can hear them stepping. If you are unfortunate enough for them to be a family with children, well, good luck lol.
