The room was very clean and the car parking was secure

The room was very cold (16 degrees) when we arrived, it was mid October so the weather was not very warm, We complained the next day and they said they would turn the heating up. which they didn't do. Instead they just gave us an extra duvet!!! The matress of the bed was not a good quality one and was uncomfortable, The pillows were also lumpy. We asked 3 months in advance if I could have some Gluten free food for breakfast. They replied that they could, but on the morning of our arrival I received a message to say that they "Did not provide any breakfast". If I had known that when I booked I would have booked elasewhere.

We enjoyed the lack of parking stress yet it was very easy to drive into Orvieto. It was very quiet with a comfortable bed and great bathroom facilities. We would definitely return if we are in the Ovieto area again!

Very friendlly and helpfull owner

Lorenzo is a super friendly and helpful host. The property has nice rooms, with comfy beds, and all your essential necessities. Note that the property and garden were being redecorated/renovated when we were here for a stop over. Not a problem for us at all, and there's a nice terrace to enjoy while the garden is being done.

There wasn't anything to dislike, I think. I'd appreciate some more room to put little stuff on, like a bedstand or a shelve above the bed. Otherwise: great!
